Koonings

Besides helping you find your dream dress, wedding suit or party outfit at the world’s largest bridal store in Deurne, we pamper our guests in our beauty salon and in our restaurants. Every day here, both national and international guests say “YES” to the outfit for one of the most special days of their lives.

Work is well underway on the next step of our new dream, “The Wedding Castle” in Valkenburg. In addition to a beautiful new bridal store, it will also house a beauty salon, two restaurants and a hotel. This will allow us to make the experience and hospitality even more special and complete. The hotel and restaurants will offer a high level of hospitality and be a real gastronomic experience for our guests.

    • About this position

    For our hospitality facilities, we are looking for someone to be the driving force and thus have ultimate responsibility. The F&B departments within Koonings The Wedding Castle are a hotel and two restaurants. The team consists of a chef, cooks, sommelier, bartender, waiters and a cleaning team. You want to ensure the distinctive atmosphere within the Koonings restaurants like no other. You are responsible for the daily operations of all Food & Beverage locations. You keep financial reports up to date, optimize operational processes, think along with events and work on the professionalization of the hotel and restaurants. In addition, you are involved in making the schedules, orders and ensuring the concept of the restaurants.

    You are an organizational talent with leadership and management skills. You are a people person and love to contribute to the ultimate customer experience. You are eager to grow with Koonings and want to make a contribution.

    Who are you?

    • HBO working and thinking level.
    • You have several years of relevant experience in a similar position.
    • You dare to take responsibility and are result and solution oriented.
    • Your regular working days will be Saturdays and Sundays. Other working days are by arrangement.
    • You are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
